Lisa has spent over 25 years in the multifamily industry, starting her career as a Leasing Consultant then moving into various management roles; eventually transitioning into a new career path as an Industry Partner, staffing exclusively for Multifamily communities. Lisa’s experience provided her with the unique opportunity to share knowledge gained while working on-site with new candidates, as well as the ability to fully understand the daily demands of her multifamily clients. After working as a Recruiter, Staffing Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President in the Multifamily staffing arena, her passion is stronger than ever to continue making a difference in this industry.
